 Check-in: 2:00 pm (early check-in must be previously agreed);
 Check-out: 11:00 am (late check-out must be previously agreed; in this case an'extra fee  of € 25,00 may be charged);
 Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day befoure date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later    or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.
 Children and Extra Bed:
One child under 6 years stays free of charge when using parents bed; while for a child over 6 years breakfast is not included.
One older child or adult is charged EUR 25 per person per night in an extra bed.
One child under 3 years is charged EUR 20 per person per night in a child's cot/crib.
The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.
The maximum number of children's cots/cribs in a room is 2.
 Deposit and/or advance payment: No charge and/or advance payment, except where expressly indicated.
 Taxes and service charges: 10 % VAT is included. A city tax is not applicable. A service charge is not applicable.
 Buffet breakfast: It is included in the rates, unless otherwise stated.
  Pet policy: Pets are NOT allowed.
 Credit cards accepted: American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and CartaSi. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
